Jacek Wiśniewski
CEO
Since July 2024, he has served as CEO of HES, following his role as CFO and Board Advisor. A results-driven leader, he excels in sales, distribution, and supply chain operations, with a strong track record in European and Asian markets. His expertise includes cash flow optimization, strategic planning, and modernizing distribution. As a Supervisory Board member, he brings extensive corporate governance experience. At HES, he oversees budgeting, project processes, and operations aligned with investment agreements.
Piotr Wiła
CIO
Member of the Board at Hynfra P.S.A., with over 30 years of experience in investment banking. He previously led investment banking at HSBC Poland and Santander Poland, executing multi-billion-dollar transactions.
He played a key role in the €150 million sale of the renewables platform Wento, the PLN 1.4 billion sale of Warsaw’s heating distributor SPEC to Veolia, and the €800 million sale of a 49% stake in EDPR’s Polish wind farm portfolio to China Three Gorges. He also advised PGE on acquiring a wind energy portfolio from Ørsted and Iberdrola for PLN 1 billion.

With extensive experience in major infrastructure projects in Poland, he has managed construction processes, built business partnerships, and developed private construction companies. His portfolio includes projects for Amazon, Volkswagen, Mercedes, and others, overseeing logistics centers, industrial facilities, and large-scale infrastructure investments. Currently, he serves as CEO of SPEC BAU Polska, COO of SPEC BRUK, and is a founder and partner at LVL ENERGY and LVL GROUP.
